Product prices may change without notice.

The price charged for an order will be the price displayed and confirmed at checkout, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location. Currency conversion rates and final charges may vary based on Shopify Markets, your payment provider, and your bank.

Applicable shipping charges, sales taxes, goods and services taxes, or other charges collected by us will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges if those charges are not collected at checkout. Where legally applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers.

SECTION 8 — PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND BUNDLE OFFERS

Promotions, discount codes, bundle offers, gifts with purchase, and “Buy One, Get One” offers may be subject to separate conditions displayed on the product page, promotional material, or checkout page.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be combined;
  • Discounts have no cash value;
  • Free products must be included in the qualifying order;
  • The qualifying quantity and total number of items received will be displayed before checkout;

Shipping availability, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, and free-shipping thresholds are described in our Shipping Policy and may also be shown at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed.

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframe communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Tracking information may not update immediately after shipment. Some carriers require several business days before the first tracking event appears.

You are responsible for providing a secure and accessible delivery location.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, the delivery carrier, and the local delivery office before contacting us.

SECTION 10 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, and order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Our store policies do not exclude, restrict, or modify consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.

New Zealand consumers may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or other remedies where applicable statutory guarantees are not met.

Canadian Customers

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights available under applicable federal, provincial, or territorial consumer protection laws.

United States Customers

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.

  • Photographs or video where reasonably necessary; and
  • The shipping label or packaging information, where relevant.

Requesting reasonable evidence does not remove or reduce any statutory consumer rights.

If a product-specific offer or policy conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific term will apply to that issue, provided it is lawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes representations or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Please provide your name, order number, contact information, and a clear description of the concern.

We will make reasonable efforts to review and respond promptly.

  • Remove or delay statutory consumer rights;
  • Prevent you from contacting a regulator or consumer protection agency;
  • Prevent you from seeking a chargeback where legally available;
  • Prevent you from commencing a claim where an urgent legal deadline applies;

  • or Require you to waive access to a court or tribunal.

SECTION 28 — SHOPIFY PLATFORM

Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to display products and process store activity.

Your contract for the purchase of Sirnedam products is with A-List Haulin LLC, doing business as Sirnedam, and not with Shopify, unless Shopify separately provides a service to you under its own terms.

Shopify and other service providers may process information in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

SECTION 29 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:

  • Our business operations;
  • Our products or services;
  • Applicable laws;
  • Payment or shipping practices;
  • Website functionality; or
  • Security requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
